Network Homes works with F3GROUP Ltd to deliver new affordable homes in Canary Wharf
Network Homes is working with F3GROUP Ltd to deliver 44 new affordable homes in the heart of Canary Wharf, London. The new homes are part of the £40million 45 Millharbour development project, which is due to be completed in August.
Network Homes successfully acquired the homes through a Section 106 agreement. The new homes will consist of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments. Thirty two of the new homes will be for rent and 12 will be for shared ownership. The development will also consist of apartments for private sale.
45 Millharbour is situated next to the River Thames and has excellent transport links with South Quay and Canary Wharf stations a short walk away. F3GROUP Ltd is managing the construction of the development. Once completed, it will include a total of 138 apartments spread over thirteen floors as well as public amenity space running on the ground floor between Millharbour Road and the dock.
